An airline charges a passenger nothing for baggage as long as its mass does not exceed a fixed permitted mass. Every kilogram above that must be paid for, always at the same price per kilogram. Mr and Mrs Kotnik travel together with one shared piece of baggage, so they would be charged nothing as long as its mass did not exceed twice the permitted mass. Their shared baggage weighs \(60\) kg and they had to pay \(11\) euros. Mr Novak travels alone; his baggage also weighs \(60\) kg, but he had to pay \(33\) euros. What is the largest mass of baggage, in kilograms, that a single passenger may carry without paying anything?
