Problem 2, 2002
Tine collects stamps. For his birthday he received a new album with room for plenty of them, so he took \(2002\) tolars out of his money box and decided to spend all of it on stamps. A friend offered him small stamps at \(10\) tolars each and large ones at \(28\) tolars each, in any quantity. Tine wants to end up with as many stamps as possible. How many stamps can he buy?
